REPAIRCRAFT™ exists to move supported human harm beyond recognition, statement, process, or performance toward changed condition.
It is the solutions branch and constructive limb of COUNTER HARMCRAFT™. It examines whether repair materially reduces burden, restores agency, carries correction to affected surfaces, and creates a usable exit.
REPAIRCRAFT™ does not require every question of motive, cause, culpability, or legal responsibility to be resolved before bounded protection can be considered. Unresolved questions remain explicitly unresolved.

The wound deserves more than performance. It deserves changed condition.
A statement, apology, policy change, payment, investigation, training, report, meeting, task force, or settlement may matter. None proves repair by itself.
REPAIRCRAFT™ keeps the distinction between repair activity and repair achieved visible.
02 · PUBLIC SCOPE
Repair must be visible in the condition—not only in the response.
RESTORED AGENCY
Examine whether affected people regain meaningful choice, access, participation, mobility, voice, or future motion.
CORRECTION
Determine whether corrective action reaches the places where the original burden remains active.
USABLE EXIT
Establish whether a legitimate path out of the harmful condition exists in practice, not only on paper.
03 · OPERATING POSITION
Protection can move without manufacturing certainty.
Where a human burden is sufficiently supported, bounded protection or remedy may proceed while larger causal questions remain open.
Where the record does not support attribution, attribution is withheld. Later evidence may change understanding without pretending that later knowledge existed earlier.

Protection may move where harm is supported while unresolved motive, cause, culpability, or legal responsibility remains unresolved.
CLOSURE RETAINS RESIDUALS
A bounded matter may close only while remaining burdens, exclusions, dependencies, and unanswered questions stay visible.

REPAIRCRAFT™ is not institutional theater.
REPAIRCRAFT™ is not forced forgiveness, compelled reconciliation, reputation management, retaliation, category guilt, suppression of dissent, or a substitute for competent legal, clinical, regulatory, humanitarian, safety, or adjudicative process.
It does not convert repair into vengeance or treat an institution, category, movement, profession, community, critic, victim group, or public audience as collectively guilty.
Where evidence is incomplete, the boundary remains visible.
